I started photographing real estate back when it was film and a 4x5 view camera.  I had to be precise with framing, exposure, and staging because editing after the film was processed was not possible.

 

That discipline continues to direct my approach to contemporary real estate photography albeit with high quality digital cameras and lenses.

 

The primary benefit of digital photography is the speed with which images can be delivered to my clients (within a day or two of the assignment) and, if needed, the same day.  I sequence the photographs to emulate a walk-through to save my clients time, although they can change the sequence as they feel appropriate. This enables them to immediately put the photographs in service for their customers.

 

I always focus on quickly providing property owner and realtor clients with beautiful photographs that attract prospects and leads them to contact agents and owners.
